Josh David
Associate Vice President of Student Service

Josh works with students and families interested in learning more about the Loan Repayment Assistance Program (LRAP), while ensuring that graduates have the assistance needed to succeed. He also oversees LRAP Association’s student and family communications, with a focus on student experience and education. Josh has an extensive background in entrepreneurial start-ups across both for- and non-profit sectors, and brings an innovative perspective to the team, forwarding product and organizational development. Josh is proud graduate of Indiana University.

Gretchen Taylor
Sr. Director of Student Service

Gretchen oversees and supports the LRAP Student Service team and serves as a subject matter expert within LRAP and to our clients regarding Federal Student Aid.  She eagerly assists our client colleges and universities with providing the benefits of the Loan Repayment Assistance Program to their students and families.  She is a firm believer in pursuing your dreams, including attending the college of your choice!  She has an extensive background in Customer Service, Sales and building highly collaborative teams.  Gretchen is a graduate of Columbia College, Chicago.

Sara Sharp
Director of Student Service

Sara works directly with students, families and graduates to answer questions about how the assistance process works, while ensuring that graduates have the resources and assistance they need to succeed after graduation.

Jessica Dalton
Student Service Manager

Jessica works with students and families to answer questions and provides the resources they need to succeed, while helping guide graduates through the assistance process. She brings 14+ years of customer service & office administration to the LRAP team with a passion for helping students achieve their goals through higher education and pursue their dreams.
